In the Sofa of Fools, Spookmeister Stephen Taberner (double bass, vocals) is joined by two enchanted musical souls in Jack Fitzgerald Sice (guitar, voice, things), and Coral Reid (fiddle and singings). The repertoire is largely comprised of ST’s originals, which are known for their barely describable pastiche of quirkiness, funkiness and outright melancholia, but there’s plenty of other musical bonbons to nibble on, too…

Seamas Carey, internationally award-winning performer, composer, multi-instrumentalist and choir leader from Cornwall, U.K. presents a joyous and anarchic singing workshop for any age, ability or gender. Come and be engaged with song, laughter and silliness as Seamas creates an instant sense of harmony, togetherness and “flat-pack community”!.
ANZAC Day singalong

Honour the courage, sacrifice and legacy of our fallen heroes by singing the of songs of the period in joyous spirit. Maestro Glen Aberle will lead a 14 piece band, and with local guest vocalists will lead the community in collective song.
Lyrics will be projected onto the big screen, and refreshments and afternoon tea available.

Ruth Moody, an award-winning singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Her otherworldly soprano voice and her inspired songwriting have gained the admiration of the hearts, minds, and ears of millions of listeners. As a solo artist and a founding member of The Wailin’ Jennys, she has garnered two JUNO Awards and performed sold-out venues around the globe.

Rufous Whistler returns to Yack with their signature blend of folk and alt-country, soulful storytelling, and magnetic three-part harmonies. Rooted in tradition but bursting with fresh energy, they weave guitar, bouzouki, mandolin, double bass, and fiddles into a lush tapestry that marries old-time charm with a bold, heartfelt edge.
