The AGM for the financial year 2022/23 will be held on Tuesday, October 3 and 6.30pm in the Yackandandah Courthouse. The minutes from the 2021/22 AGM can be found by clicking here.

All existing positions will be declared vacant, and a new committee will be elected by those in attendance, in order of the following positions:

President
Vice president
Treasurer
Secretary
General committee

If you would like to nominate for a position, you can do so by filling out this form and emailing to the address below, delivering the form to PO Box 195 Yackandandah, or by nominating in person at the meeting.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, but would still like for your vote to be counted, you can arrange for a proxy to attend the meeting and vote on your behalf. You can do so by completing this form.

Community Soiree

Following the AGM will be a light supper, and the Community Soiree. Everyone attending will be encouraged to share a performance or a creative project with the audience. This could be a song, a dance, a piece of prose, a short film, or presenting a piece of visual art. Surprise us!

The soiree provides a relaxed casual environment to encourage performance amongst people of all abilities, whether you are learning, wanting to test a new project or idea, are completely new to performance, an experienced professional, or time constraints prevent you from preparing an entire performance set.
